Who we are
Capita Consultants is a business setup and corporate services consultancy operating from Ajman Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates. We help founders select the right structure, prepare documentation, coordinate licensing and residency applications, and maintain ongoing accounting and compliance.
How we work
Every engagement begins with a written, itemised quotation separating authority charges from professional fees. We publish package inclusions with an explicit status — Included, Available as add-on, or Not applicable — and clearly mark anything still pending verification instead of presenting it as confirmed.
What we do not claim
We are not a government authority and we do not hold or imply any government endorsement. We do not guarantee licence approval, visa issuance or bank account opening, and we do not provide regulated legal, immigration or financial advice. Where a regulated service is required, we say so and help you engage an authorised provider.
