Scope of services

Capita Consultants provides business consultancy and administrative coordination. We are not a government authority, a law firm, a regulated immigration adviser or a financial institution, and we do not hold or imply government endorsement.

Quotations and pricing

Published package prices are listed annual amounts for the inclusions stated. Any service shown as an add-on or pending verification is charged separately and confirmed on a written, itemised quotation before payment.

Visa allocations

A visa quota is an eligibility allocation attached to a licence. It does not include visa issuance, medical fitness, Emirates ID, status change or related government and processing charges unless expressly confirmed as included.

No guaranteed outcomes

Licence approval, visa approval and bank account opening are decided by the relevant authority or institution. Capita cannot and does not guarantee any outcome or processing time.

Payments

Payment is requested only after a verified quotation has been accepted. A customer returning from a payment page is not treated as proof of payment; payment is recognised only when confirmed by the payment provider.

Client obligations

You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. Delays or refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete information are not the responsibility of Capita Consultants.
