Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before submission

If you cancel before any application is submitted and before third-party charges are incurred, amounts paid are refundable less any professional time already delivered, as itemised on your quotation.

Government and authority charges

Fees paid to a licensing authority, free zone, immigration department, medical centre or similar third party are generally non-refundable once paid, regardless of outcome.

Rejected applications

Where an authority rejects an application, professional fees for work already performed remain payable. We will explain the reason and the available options in writing.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, recorded against the related invoice with a credit note, and reflected in your customer portal payment history.

Deposits

Where a deposit or partial payment is authorised, the balance due and payment schedule are shown on the invoice and tracked in your account.
