We confirm the scope of work, applicable third-party charges and our professional fees in a written quotation before any engagement begins. Approvals, licences and account openings are granted by the relevant authority or institution and cannot be guaranteed by Capita.

Frequently asked
- Does the visa quota mean my visas are included?
- No. The visa quota is an allocation that defines how many residence visas your licence is eligible to apply for. Visa application, medical fitness, Emirates ID, status change and related government charges are quoted separately unless a written quotation confirms otherwise.
- Why do some packages show 'pending verification'?
- We only publish an inclusion as confirmed once it has been verified against the licensing authority quotation and actual supplier costs. Anything not yet verified is clearly marked so you can request a verified quotation before paying.
- Can Capita guarantee a corporate bank account?
- No. Banks apply their own compliance, KYC and risk criteria. We prepare documentation and coordinate the application, but the decision rests entirely with the bank.
- How is VAT applied to my invoice?
- VAT is applied per line item according to its tax treatment — standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt, outside scope or a qualifying disbursement. We do not apply a blanket 5% to an entire package value.
