VAT is applied per line item according to its tax treatment — standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt, outside scope or a qualifying disbursement. We do not apply a blanket 5% to an entire package value.

Payment is only requested after a verified, itemised quotation has been issued and accepted. Payment providers are enabled only once merchant credentials are installed and live testing has succeeded.
